As always, the pharmacists and staff are caring and attentive, despite sometimes being quite busy. We went for a Covid 19 vaccination, found it was too early, and the pharmacist informed us that we needed shingles vaccinations. (They printed out our vaccination history). As soon as he could, which was a matter of minutes) the pharmacist actually mixed the shingles vaccines for us and gave them to us painlessly. We are grateful.

The female pharmacist at Malibu CVS is extraordinary. She looks for the best price for you at all times. I now do all my prescriptions at CVS versus express script.
My experience is almost always good at this pharmacy. And medication is medication, so the real difference is in staff and personnel. This CVS is off the beaten path a little bit, on PCH, in the heart of Malibu, kind of far from the rest of the city. We so appreciate having this CVS here, and I visit it several times a week… as I know many other locals do, along with the countless tourists who visit us in Malibu on a daily basis. I so appreciate the time and effort it takes the staff to travel and populate this location. And I just want to say thank you for your always bright attitudes and well kept store. Thank you, your efforts do not go unnoticed. And I am more than happy to continue to patronize this business.
It was a great experience with Dr. Ellie, She is knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service. She explained each prescribed medication, dosage and potential side effects and addressed my questions patiently. I will definitely go for her service again. Besides that, other staff in that pharmacy were also welcoming and cooperative.
